• Rates are inclusive of the US$ 6.00 government Green Tax per person per night, inclusive of 10% service charge and inclusive of 12% GST Tax (Tourism Goods and Service Tax). Any future change in government tax charges will be effective immediately from date of implementation. Rates are based on 2 adults sharing unless specified.
• Government taxes, fees and charges may change without prior notice. Ayada Maldives reserves the right to amend rates with immediate effect should there be any changes
• Confidentiality: All information & rates offered in this agreement are strictly confidential & may not be disclosed to third parties for any reason or purpose.
• No Show & Early Check Out Policy: In the event that the individual or entire group does not arrive, arrive later than the confirmed arrival date, or departs earlier than the confirmed departure date the Partner shall be held responsible for payment computed at the equivalent for the full originally booked length of stay.
• Force Majeure: The Resort shall be relieved of its obligations hereunder in the event and to the extent its performance of this agreement is delayed or prevented in whole or in part by any cause beyond its control, including, without limitation, acts of God, change of laws, war or hostilities (declared or not), civil unrest, fire, flood, earthquake or explosion, sale, seizure of the Resort under legal process, strikes, lockouts or labor stoppages or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Resort that makes it impossible for the Resort to operate fully or partially.
• Exclusion of Liability: It is agreed that the Travister, Resort and the Resort Company shall not be liable to the customer or any other person for any loss, damage, liability, expenses or costs suffered or incurred by the Partner or any member of any booking(s), including any loss, damages, liability, expenses and costs arising from any loss of, damage to or theft of property, unless such loss, damage, liability, expenses and costs resulted directly from the gross negligence or willful default of the Resort or the Resort Company.
• The flight details information should be submitted to Ayada Maldives at least 7 days prior to guest arrival
• Check-in time is 14:00 hours and Check-out time is 12:00 hours
• Early check-in and late check-out is free of charge and is subject to room availability

Payment Policy

Full payment for all bookings is required within the following periods:

Peak season (21 Dec – 07 Jan): 100% of invoice amount 60 days prior to arrival

High season (08 Jan – 09 April) 100% of invoice amount 45 days prior to arrival

Shoulder season (01 Oct – 20 Dec) 100% of invoice amount 21 days prior to arrival

Low season (10 April – 30 Sept) 100% of invoice amount 14 days prior to arrival

Cancellation Policy

Peak season (21 Dec – 07 Jan):

• 100% refund before 60 days of arrival
• 50% refund before 45 days of arrival
• refund within 45 days of arrival

High season (08 Jan – 09 April):

• 100% of invoice amount 45 days prior to arrival
• 50% refund before 45 days of arrival
• No refund within 30 days of arrival

Shoulder season (01 Oct – 20 Dec)

• 100% of invoice amount 21 days prior to arrival
• 50% refund before 21 days of arrival
• No refund within 14 days of arrival

Low season (10 April – 30 Sept)

• 100% of invoice amount 14 days prior to arrival
• 50% refund before 14 days of arrival
• No refund within 7 days of arrival

Airport Transfer

• Airport transfer of domestic flight (55 min) + speed boat (50 mins) included in the package.
• All air services are provided by Island Aviation Services (domestic airline).
• All domestic and speedboat transfers are arranged by Ayada Maldives.
• All international flights must be advised latest 7 days prior to arrival.
• The domestic transfer baggage allowance is 20kg per passenger plus hand luggage of 5kg per passenger. Excess baggage will be charged at USD 1 per kg and is subject to space availability and terms & conditions of the air carrier.
• Domestic transfers are scheduled by IASL, all efforts are made by the resort to schedule the most convenient connecting flights to the Domestic airport.

Meal Plan Supplements

• Meal plan rates are inclusive of 10% Service Charge and 12% Tourism Government tax
• Meal plan supplements are based on food only, per person per night. All beverages are charged additionally on Half Board and Full Board meal plans
• Meal plan basis must be the same for the entire stay
• HB (dinner) is available at Magu Restaurant
  • 25% Discount will be provided if guest wish to dine at Kai or Ocean Breeze a la carte Restaurant
• FB (lunch) is available at Zero Degree & Ocean Breeze (set menu). Dinner is available at Magu Restaurant
  • 25% Discount (lunch) will be provided if guest wish to dine at Zero Degree & Ocean Breeze and (dinner) Kai Restaurant & Ocean Breeze a la Carte menu
• Crystal Package (AI) includes lunch at Zero Degree & Ocean Breeze (set menu). Dinner is available at Magu Restaurant. Signature beverage menu available in all outlets until midnight
  • 50% Discount (lunch, dinner and beverages) will be provided if guest wish to dine from a la carte menu at Zero Degree, Ocean Breeze or Kai Restaurant
