A typical dive cruise will travel to South Male, North Male Atoll, Ari Atolls visiting the many dive sites in the vicinity. Sunset Queen will usually anchor close to a resort for the night. The cruiser does not follow a set route, but takes guest preferences into consideration, the cruiser captain and cruiser manager will confirm the best route. Itinerary is dependent on the prevailing weather conditions and seasonal marine migration

At 27 meters long and 8 meters wide with four decks, Sunset Queen accommodates 15 guests comfortably. Watch the beautiful Maldives islands slide past on the horizon as you sip a chilled drink whilst relaxing on deck or for the more adventurous we offer diving, snorkeling, surfing and island hopping.

Sunset Queen is our most intimate Maldives experience. This four-deck live-aboard has luxurious accommodations, taking you on private surfing, diving or island-hopping voyages.

Choose from 7 spacious Luxury cabins which are bright, airy and include the luxury and style you expect. Four of the cabins are with double beds ( two in lower deck and 2 in upper deck), two of the cabins in lower deck are with twin beds and one cabin with triple bed in lower deck.

All cabins are air-conditioned with en-suite bathrooms, hot and cold fresh water, hair dryer and ventilation. Curl up on your bed and take in the views around you.

Diving

Sunset Queen’s dive safari provides divers of all levels the opportunity to explore and experience the world famous dive sites of the Maldives. Our PADI/SSI licensed dive guide will ensure you see the best Maldives has to offer. The dive season runs all year round, but from November to May the conditions are close to perfection due to calm seas and brilliant visibility. Divers are transported to dive spots by a local wooden boat known as a dhoni. The dhoni is equipped with tanks, weights, emergency equipment, life vests, first aid & emergency oxygen and obviously between dives there is the opportunity to relax on the sundeck, snorkel or swim.

Dining

Located on the first deck, Sunset Queen’s dining area is spacious with a relaxed ambience in which to fully savour every meal. Sunset Queen’s menus include European and Maldivian dishes, freshly prepared on board by our chefs who will also cater to any specific dietary requirements. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, afternoon snacks and bottled water are fully inclusive. A choice of soft drinks, wine and beer are available throughout the day.
